If there ever was a luxury brand with beautiful products that makes your bank account want to do this face :/ – it’s Burberry. This brand has some gorgeous items in their range, but all at a pretty penny. That being said, Burberry is well know for it’s quality and great colour range. I have a few items from Burberry that I have collected over some time. Here are my top picks…
1. Mocha Eyeshadow Quad:
First on the list is the Mocha Quad which is a gorgeous collection of warm tones which are ideal for a brown smokey eye. They are lovely on their own, or blended together. You get a soft cream, a pale gold, a warm chestnut brown, and a deep brown with a hint of shimmer. The quality of these shadows is unlike any other shadows i’ve seen, they literally feel like silk to touch. They are well pigmented and blend very easily. This really is a great eyeshadow quad.
2. Pale Barley Single Eyeshadow:
Next is Pale Barley – a very pretty taupe shade that you can use wet or dry. It can be applied as a subtle wash of colour, or can be intensified when wet for a gorgeous smokey look. I’ve found this to apply very well, and is unlike any other shade I own. It’s just as silky as the Mocha Quad, and feels very luxe in it’s casing and the Burberry pattern embossed in the shadow.
3. Lip Products:
Burberry lipsticks are really actually quite lovely. I have the Burberry Kisses lipstick in ‘Rose Pink’ which is just that, a pretty rose-toned pink shade, and the new Full Kisses colour in ‘Nude Beige’ which is again, a beige-toned nude. They might not get points for the most original colour names, but they do for quality. These are very smooth and pigmented lipsticks, and feel creamy on the lips. They are a bit pricey as I’ve said, but if you’re after a luxury treat or know someone who would love one for Christmas, I recommend these.
Thanks for reading my Burberry favourites!
